May 2016
Recalled Product: Mouth Whistle, Item no. 2600226, batch no. 79468, sold since November 2015
Hazard: On some of the models we found that the sound unit of the toy can come loose if pulled or picked at, presenting a small part. If the small sound unit is then used by itself, it may, if swallowed, pose a choking hazard
Incidents: None reported. This is a preventative measure.
Remedy: Consumers are encouraged to return the toy to their nearest Flying Tiger Copenhagen store for a full refund.

March 2016
Recalled product: Twist and Lock Blocks, item no. 1701354, batch no.80851, sold since November 2015.
Hazard: On some of the models, the blocks can detach posing a choking hazard.
Incidents: None reported.
Remedy: Consumers are encouraged to return the toy to their nearest Flying Tiger Copenhagen store for a full refund.

March 2016
Recalled product: Twist and Lock Animal: Giraffe, item no. 1701493, batch no.79445, sold since October 2015.
Hazard: On some of the models, the ears can fall off posing a choking hazard.
Incidents: None reported.
Remedy: Consumers are encouraged to return the toy to their nearest Flying Tiger Copenhagen store for a full refund.

Recalled product: Flexi robot with item no. 1701300, batch no. 73722, sold since November 2014.
Hazard: On some of the models we found that the ears of the toy can come loose if pulled or picked at, presenting a small part. If a small ear is then used by itself, it may, if swallowed, pose a choking hazard.

Recalled product: Chocolate fondue set with item no. 1600769, batch no. 74029
Hazard: In a batch of fondue sets we found higher levels of chrome in the accompanying forks.
Incidents: None reported. This is a preventative measure.
Remedy: Consumers are encouraged to return the product to their nearest Flying Tiger Copenhagen store for a full refund.

December 2014
Recalled product: Tealight candleholders with item no. 1002960 and 1002961, both sizes.
Hazard: It has been suspected that the tealight candleholders in the shape of apples pose a risk of fire when used with larger tealight candles.
Incidents: One customer reported that the candleholder was flammable.
Remedy: Consumers are encouraged to return the product to their nearest Flying Tiger Copenhagen store for a full refund.

January 2014
Recalled product: Espresso with item no. 1602352, batch no. 68310, sold since august 2013.
Hazard: There is insufficient cleaning instructions with the product regarding cleaning of the safety valve. Not cleaning the product’s safety valve after continuous use, poses a risk of eruption whilst heating.
Incidents: Customers have reported that the coffee maker erupted when heating.
Remedy: Consumers are encouraged to return the product to their nearest Flying Tiger Copenhagen store for a full refund.
